GIAMBI CONTINUES TO DODGE THE TRUTH
Without uttering the word "steroid," Jason Giambi all but admitted yesterday he used the performance-enhancing drug and said he told the truth to the BALCO grand jury. This liar used a Yankee Stadium press conference to apologize for what he called "distractions last year."
Here's what he had to say: "There have been a lot of distractions and I am sorry for that," Giambi said. "I feel I let down the fans, the Yankees and my teammates. I accept full responsibility. Most of all to the fans, I am sorry. I understand how they feel. I understand it's going to be a tough road to hoe but I am going to work my butt off to get back their support."
So, not only did he cheat and lie, now he dodging the truth. Why is this person still wearing pinstripes?
