I had to do this self portrait (by taking my pic in the mirror) to ask the question: Is this the face of a Southerner? How can this boy be anything but pure-100%-yankee? There's been a nasty rumor making it's way around the blogosphere that a Southern accent emanates from this person. Well peoples, all i can say is, NO.

Fear not, tis a fallacy peoples. So, haters, crawl back in yo holes and recognize. (Note: there are 2 distinct Dakotas)

Sorry, I totally ASSUMED that because your parents lived in NC, that you were from there, my bad.

I knew you live in DC, and that you have lived in the Bronx... but didn't know you were from there...

With that out of the way... It doesn't matter if there are two Dakota's or not... nothing exciting happens in either, so you'll never have to worry about knowing the difference.
