This is one of Bjork's tattoos. It's an old nordic compass that vikings used to paint on their forehead. They thought it would help lead them to where they needed to be. Who knows? Whateva the case, I've liked it since I was like 15. The significance of all this? Check back with me in a coupla weeks.
