Is that what all catholics wear when they are baptized? I've only ever seen where the baby wears a little white dress. That outfit looks way more fun.

No, not usually. Usually they're baptized as infants and wear a little white dress-type thing. I thought his outfit would be more fun, exactly as you commented. You nailed it!!

It is way more fun. I really dig the little hat, and the robe thing with all the symbols on it (oh yeah I'm catholic and I have no idea what any of those things are) but they look really cool!
