Here goes a shot of the bird (err, that's birds actually). Who would've thought a Turkey stuffed with a Duck, stuffed with a Chicken would be good?

Oh, that's right...EVERYONE !!

That actually looks really good, but there is something about birds stuffed in other birds that creep me out a little bit...I would try it though.

Just passing time as usual and came across your blog. Nice bird. Similar to my family recipe; in short we call it jerky and is as follows:
Turkey
Stuffed with Cornish Hen
Stuffed with Duck
Stuffed with Chicken
Stuffed with petit poise (baby chicken)
Stuffed with onion, garlic and sage;
Each has been de-boned (easier slicing) and has a complementary layer of stuffing (duck-apple, pine apple with tarragon; Cornish hen-braised tomatoes, sun dried black olives, rosemary; the list goes on) placed within under skin of each bird. About one kilogram of bacon; fatty kind over turkey breasts, keeps them succulent and moist. No dry meat; continue basting with juices through out cooking.
Interesting that you do similar and are many miles away.
