Okay, it's time to take this blog back to its original intention. It got away from me for a while, and for that I'm sorry. From now on this blog will contain pics of Mariano and of our new life in OC. I'll save any additional commentary for a more appropriate forum. Again, I'm sorry.

So, let's go forward. I want everyone to enjoy this blog and see our beautiful, happy, smart little bambino in all his glory.

HAPPY FRI: Moving Into the Ritz

Today we officially assume residence at our condo in the Ritz Pointe development of Dana Point. While I'm sitting here at work Mama has the uneviable task of dealing with the movers. They should be arriving right about now. Yeah, SHOULD.

Last night we camped out in our empty flat, sleeping on the carpet with blankets. It was pretty spartan, but I am completely out of Marriott points. Whatever, they did us well. Anyways, I'll take pics when I get home tonight and show you what our new digs look like.

So, who's coming to see us first?

A View From Our Hotel & Aliso Beach

Below is a view from the balcony of our hotel in Dana Point. We checked out yesterday and checked into another hotel in Newport Beach. The movers SHOULD arrive by Friday, and then we can move into our place. The movers gave me some bullshit about snow in the Rockies delaying the arrival of all our earthly possessions. Yeah, like that happens.

The other pic is a shot of Mama, Mo Mo and the only people we know in this entire state. It's the wife of one of my colleagues and of of their two girls. Mo Mo already has a friend, as Kimmy (not pictured) is also 2. In sum, things is good.
